Eating Healthy on a budget seems impossible to most of us. Have you suffered from sticker shock at your local health food store? I mean whose budget are we talking about? We are average people! But…..it can be done with a little work and creativity. We haven’t arrived at a totally organic diet yet….this is our journey and we will do this together. I have learned through trial and error what works for our family. I want to share what I have learned with you in the hope that it will make your journey a little easier.
