		<description>I appreciate your input.  Being diabetic and having problems keeping our levels level, my husband and I keep looking for alternatives.  We do use Hard Red Wheat Flour, which my daughter grinds for us.  But finding a sugar substitute has been a challenge due to the aftertaste and wondering how good it is for us.  You&#039;ve given me some information to go on.  Thanks!</description>
