I can’t wait to share it with you! This has been a labor of love. I have been on this journey to healthier eating on a budget for the last 7 years! It all started because of my daughter’s food  sensitivities and ADHD. As many of you already know, we treat her ADHD naturally through diet and supplements. I have been on some pretty bumpy roads along the way. It hasn’t always been easy, but I stuck it out and educated myself. Through a lot of trial and error, I’ve come to a relatively smooth stretch of road! While I still hit an occassional bump, it’s become quite a nice trip!
